Pinned it! Made it!

Friends~I pinned the cutest sign the other day and I have not been able to get it off my mind.  When I followed the pin I ended up here:

Rowdy in Room 300

I followed Nicole's step by step directions to create the darn cutest center signs EVER.  Or at least I think so!  The best part is that Lily and Ian were able to help me with most of the process.  The hardest thing was waiting for the paint to dry.  Check them out!

The process was super simple.  You draw your image on burlap and then cut out a top and bottom. Paint with acrylic paint and then wait for it to dry.  Glue the edges with hotglue leaving an opening for stuffing it with grocery bags.  So EASY!

Now rumor has it that I have a lot of stuff in my classroom!  I don't deny it:)   I am always looking and adding to my collection of teaching resources for my students. I think these center signs will be a perfect way to POINT my students in the right direction.  I will never stop collecting and reinventing the wheel!  Out with the old and in with the new.  I can't wait to pull down my old signs and add these!

  5. YAY! Thanks for the shout out! Your pencils look awesome!! I totally agree! That burlap soaks up the paint and it takes forever-and-a-million-years to dry! I was so impatient with mine! haha!
